Where and how are your clothes made?
Each piece is imagined, developed and made entirely by hand, in Paris , with respect for craftsmanship and quality.
Pre-ordering guarantees that each item of clothing is made exclusively for YOU, at the time of ordering. So no unnecessary overproduction!

How are the materials selected?
We make a point of only using fabrics from dormant stocks (or deadstock )!
These are all these rolls of fabric , stored by brands or suppliers, which have never been fully used and which, since they cannot be destroyed (aka AGEC Law), have simply been destocked .
Finding these magnificent fabrics is not easy. We choose fabrics that reflect our aesthetic, colorful and joyful , while ensuring that the available footage allows for small series production.
We do our best to find quality fabrics, but we believe that all these forgotten fabrics have the right to be revalorized . Thus, it is possible to see here the use of less noble materials, such as polyester.
By opting for these fabrics, we are contributing in our own way to reducing textile waste and upcycling existing fabrics!
What is this “Pre-order” thing?
We only make our pieces by pre-order : this means that your order triggers the manufacturing of the piece and this in the desired size.
This approach allows us to produce our parts exclusively , thus avoiding any unnecessary overproduction :)

How to “Pre-order”?
To pre-order: simply browse our collection, select the pieces you like.
Once your ♥ (favourite) has arrived, choose the size and add it to the basket . When you're ready to order, follow the instructions to complete the purchase.
This purchase will then trigger the manufacturing process of the piece, which will be tailor-made for YOU ! We will of course send you an order confirmation email beforehand.
We will keep you informed of the progress of the order and send you an email as soon as the part is ready to ship.

How do I choose my size?
Our pieces can be made from size XXS (34) to 7XL (56) .
A size guide is available on each of our sheets as well as a size recommendation to refer to.

Being manufactured by pre-order, we do not currently offer the possibility of trying them on.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Show the principle of pre-order, the production time for our parts is approximately 3 weeks (15 working days) .
The delivery time depends on the place of residence and the shipping method chosen.
We will do our best to ship your part as quickly as possible. Whatever happens, you will receive an estimate of the delivery time once the package has been sent.

I would like to make a return/exchange!
If you encounter a problem with your order, contact us quickly by email at contact@hoar-hoar.com . We will do our best to find the best solution!
In the event that no solution has been found, we accept returns. You have 14* days from receipt of your order to return your products to mainland France and the European Union .
The items you wish to return must be packaged in their original packaging and in perfect resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, not damaged or soiled).
